Summer Cooling Spray
- 10 drops Peppermint essential oil
- 5 drops Spearmint essential oil
- 3 drops Eucalyptus essential oil
- 4 oz mister bottle
- 1 Tbsp Aloe Vera
- Witch Hazel
Directions
Fill mister bottle halfway with Witch Hazel and add other ingredients.
Use distilled water to fill the remainder of the bottle. Just secure the lid tightly, shake, and MIST AWAY!
Tip: misting your feet or on the back of the neck will help cool you down right away.
